Financial Support
Meet In Ireland a brand owned and operated by Fáilte Ireland our national tourism development authority offers a suite of financial supports to help attract corporate meetings and incentive trips to Ireland. Support is available for site inspection hosting and programme enhancement.
In order to qualify for financial support

You must have a minimum of 50 international delegates for corporate event or 100 for association, or the economic value of the ground arrangements is in excess of €75,000.

The event must be at bid stage. Support will not be provided to events which have already been confirmed to take place in Ireland.

You must submit your application a minimum of 2 months in advance of the programme for corporate and 6 months for association conference. Retrospective applications cannot be supported.
Please note, an ‘in principle offer’ is not an offer of financial support.

Meet In Ireland Support
As a brand owned and managed by Fáilte Ireland, Meet in Ireland is designed to help you deliver exceptional experiences every time you bring delegates to Ireland. That’s why we offer a range of financial supports to enhance your programme, create unique experiences and exceed all your delegates’ expectations.
Fáilte Ireland (the National Tourism Development Authority) has recently increased the Meet in Ireland Financial Support Fund as part of our COVID-19 Response Scheme.
Temporary amendments include our Subvention Support being increased from €10 to a flat fee of €30 for each international delegate for groups of a minimum of 50 international delegates for Corporate meetings or Incentive groups and for groups of a minimum of 100 international delegates for Association conferences, up to a maximum of €100,000. An additional €1,000 will also be available to support the costs of hosting a virtual site inspection.
